What is superradiance?

In super simplified layman’s terms, superradiance is a quantum optics phenomenon where a bunch of bright things get together and they all make each other brighter. It’s the idea that ten candles in a dark room are brighter than one candle x 10. Don’t you just love this concept? I always have.

SuperRadiant Hours:

With the concept of superradiance in mind, this will be a chance for us to get together and learn from each other’s questions in a group. Anyone with a Squarespace website can come, submit a task, I'll pop into the back end, we'll share screens and make live edits, and everyone gets a chunk of time. This way we can all learn from each other’s tasks and work our collective magic.

How do I sign up?

I’d love to have you! There are two ways to sign up:

  • As an Attendee:
    Just to attend and learn.

  • As a Participant:
    With a task to work on live.

For both instances, please register using the form and the calendar below.

SuperRadiant Hours FAQ

  • Anyone who works on Squarespace websites (even just your own) who’s curious to learn more. Both DIYers and designers are welcome.

  • DIY Squarespacers or beginner-to-intermediate Squarespace designers! (If you’re an old Squarespace pro you may already know a lot of this stuff, but you’re still more than welcome to join anyway for funzies. We may even call on your expertise!)

    Since we’re working within a limited time frame we’ll be working mostly within the native Squarespace platform and editor, so we won’t be tackling complex code solutions in SuperRadiant Hours. If you have a more complicated ask, feel free to reach out.

  • We’ll work mostly on the built-in Squarespace editor (vs. big custom coded solutions) although if we need a quick pop of code we may use that, too.

    I’ll also be sharing any tools I use in my own toolkit and any discount codes I have.

    Feel free to submit a task and I’ll let you know if it’s a fit for SuperRadiant Hours or if it’s better suited for a separate project.

  • Plan for about 15-20 minutes per task. We’ll try to fit 5 or 6 requests into our 90 minute meeting. (If we have extra time at the end you can ask questions and I’ll show you some cool general tips and tricks!)

  • We can always create a project together to finish your task. SuperRadiant Hours attendees will receive a 20% discount on their first hour of any continued work (regularly $125/hour) or live working session (regularly $185/hour).

  • Feel free to tell me about it here or schedule a call to talk shop. And you’re still welcome to attend SuperRadiant Hours if you’d like.

  • Nope, for now SuperRadiant Hours are FREE to attend and FREE even if we work on your site.
    * Subject to change in the future so hop on in while it’s free.

    Additional 1:1 time or projects will be available to SuperRadiant Hours attendees at a 20% discount on your first hour of any continued work (regularly $125/hour) or live working session (regularly $185/hour).

  • Yes, as long as there’s interest, we’ll have more periodic SuperRadiant Hours. Let me know what days and times work best for you!
